Order Processing
Because every Marzipops creation is handcrafted, please allow 2–5 business days for standard orders to be prepared before shipment, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
For personalized or custom orders, processing times may be longer depending on the complexity of the design.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Holiday Orders / Pre-Orders
Holiday collections (including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Easter, Passover, Mother’s Day, Rosh Hashanah, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Hanukkah, and Christmas) are considered pre-orders unless otherwise stated.
We schedule production and shipment so your order arrives as close to the holiday as possible for maximum freshness, unless you request a different delivery timeline.
If you need your holiday order delivered by a specific date, please note this at checkout or contact us before ordering.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship throughout the United States year-round via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and service selected at checkout.
Shipping estimates shown at checkout reflect carrier transit times only and do not include order production time.
Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other country-specific charges that may apply.
Delivery timeframes vary by destination, customs processing, and local carrier performance.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee international delivery dates.
Local Pickup (Michigan)
Local pickup is available in Michigan for eligible orders.
If local pickup is available for your order, you will see this option at checkout. Pickup instructions will be provided once your order is ready.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping charges will apply.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays, Lost Packages & Carrier Issues
While we carefully package every order, delivery performance is ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transit disruptions, customs processing, holiday volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable and returned to us, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and reshipping fees will apply.
Returns & Perishable Products
Because our products are edible, handcrafted, and often personalized, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos when applicable so we can review and help resolve the issue.
